Prevea Health, a physician-owned and led multi-specialty group, offers primary and specialized health care to patients throughout Northeast Wisconsin and in Western Wisconsin in the Chippewa Valley. Prevea Health works in partnership with six Hospital Sisters Health System hospitals: HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center and HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls, HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire and HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls.
Prevea Health centers can be found in more than 38 locations throughout the greater Green Bay area, Luxemburg, Marinette, Oconto, Oconto Falls, Gillett, Lena, Mountain, Suring, Pulaski, Seymour, Sheboygan, Plymouth, Oostburg, Sturgeon Bay and Chippewa Falls.
Company History
Prevea was founded in 1996 when physicians from the West Side, Webster and Beaumont clinics partnered with HSHS St. Vincent and HSHS St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay.
In a very short time, Prevea established itself as a cornerstone of community health care. As an integrated multi-specialty group, we offer services that can't be found anywhere else in Northeast Wisconsin. We also offer our high-quality health care services in Western Wisconsin's Chippewa Valley region.
