Experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery PA/NP Opportunity
Synergy Cardiac Surgery – Southern California

Synergy Cardiothoracic Surgery is a growing, well-established private practice in Southern California seeking two experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our team.

Unique Practice Opportunity: Enjoy a 7d-on/7d-off schedule, working approximately 26 weeks per year while maintaining a full-time position with an exceptional work-life balance, or the traditional employment schedule.

Our group consists of 10 board-certified cardiothoracic surgeons providing comprehensive cardiac and thoracic surgical care across four regional hospitals:

San Antonio Regional Hospital – Upland, CA
Riverside Community Hospital – Riverside, CA
Temecula Valley Hospital – Temecula, CA
Desert Regional Medical Center – Palm Springs, CA

Qualifications

License to practice in CA

Minimum of 3 years of Cardiac Surgery experience

Proficiency in the full spectrum of clinical management of cardiac surgery patients
Strong technical skills, especially Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH) (required)

This is a unique opportunity to join an established Cardiac Surgery Heart Team while able to have the flexibility of a customizable schedule in this demanding specialty.
