A small private practice has a unique opportunity and is looking for 1 cardiac surgeon to join one other surgeon. This is a full-time opportunity. Our search is for an early career cardiothoracic surgeon preferably 3-5 years out who prides themselves on skill and professionalism. New Grads will be considered. This is an opportunity to advance your skill sets to include all complex cardiac and thoracic work. Off pump/beating on pump, all valve repair/replacement, aortic root, ascending, arch and descending aortic work, circulatory arrest techniques including retrograde and antegrade, cold head/warm body technique, samurai cannulation, adult congenital, complex vascular and some thoracic lung work. We’re looking for a strong work ethic. We are creating a tight-knit team to do what we love and to be the best at what we do. Complex exposure with back up early in your career will give you longevity in your career. This is an opportunity to enter the private market. They will be handsomely rewarded and treated with the respect they deserve. You can expect a top 1% reimbursement.
