Gundersen Health System is seeking a board certified skilled and dedicated Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our dynamic team. You Can Expect: 

Perform a wide range of adult cardiothoracic surgical procedures
Night Call 1:3; Participate in weekend and holiday call 1:3
Set OR blocks
Position is heavy on inpatient with ½ day of outpatient clinic per week
Rounding on patients
4 Surgical APC’s on inpatient side and 2 CT surgery APC’s on outpatient side

We are a 325-bed Level II Trauma Center with two medical transport helicopters as well as ground ambulance which services a 22-county area of more than 700k 
Primary Stroke Center with an onsite Inpatient Rehab Center
